What's changing?

Same workshop, different mix. We are shifting off the retail counter and into servicing, plans, and backups.

Less retail, more servicing

We are no longer selling inks and toners, and we are no longer servicing printers. We still connect new and existing printers at your home or business.

Service plans

We will be introducing maintenance service plans and managed service contracts for businesses — remote monitoring, security and backups — and we will offer these for home users too.

New backup solutions

We will be introducing new backup solutions due to popular demand.
